Our client: Owners of a $20 million HVAC manufacturers rep needed to provide potential buyers with 5 years of historical financial information and analysis within 30 days as part of the due diligence process. Most of the information and analysis was not readily available.

Our solutions:Remote Controller® created a data mining database using Microsoft Access that allowed the company to assemble, audit, analyze and present information to potential buyers. Without the information there would have been no sale, but because of the detailed analysis that was provided, the company was sold at a premium.
